Liane Stephan

Liane is the Managing Director of Awaris and Co-MD of the Inner Green Deal Initiative(IGD). She is a Graduate sports scientist: Research focus on mental training for high performance athletes. Liane is a Systemic coach, organizational developer and supervisor as well as body-mind-therapist. For 35 years, she has been working for national and international corporations and SMEs as well as NGO`s: leadership, team development, cultural development, executive coaching as well as guiding NGO`s in post war regions in their nationalization process.
