Ravinder Kaur Nijjar

Ravinder Ravinder Kaur Nijjar is the Chair of Religions for Peace UK Women of Faith Network, a member of the International Women’s Coordinating Committee for the Global Women of Faith Network. She was also Co-Chair of RfP European Women of Faith Network from 2006-2014 and is currently a member of the Executive Board. She is a Patron of Alma Royalton Kisch Inter Faith Youth Trust (London) and the Sikh representative on the Scottish Religious Leaders Forum and Advisor to Sikhs in Scotland organisation. She also served from 2000-2015 on the Executive Committee of the Interfaith Network for the UK and is also the honorary Sikh Chaplain at Glasgow University. She has initiated many projects to promote interfaith dialogue, respect, and peace between communities nationally and internationally and has worked in the interfaith field for over thirty years.
